Launched PCI Merchant Compliance Center

We work with banks and provide them with an end to end solution to get their merchant
clients PCI DSS compliant. Our gamut of services range from web portals, support
call centers, training centers to computer based training.

The merchant compliance portal provides a complete workflow to make a merchant or
service provider PCI -DSS compliant. The portal is multilingual. Its look and feel
can be customized to cater to specific needs.

The merchant compliance support and training center provides services, which in
combination provide the workflow to make a merchant PCI DSS compliant. We provide
a combination of in person, phone, fax and email services. These services can be
provided in multiple languages.

Opened Training & Awareness Division

IT Matrix has opened a new division for providing Training & Awareness during the
month of April 2008 headed by Talal Sultan Remal. This includes training on Business
Continuity Management.

Outsourcing Division

IT Matrix has started a new division in outsourcing professional and technical personnel
to banks across Saudi Arabia. This include mostly technical staff of high skill.
This has strengthen further our relationship with the banks.

Mr. Ihab Shraim’s Visit

The Chief Security Officer (CSO) of MarkMonitor Mr. Ihab Shraim visited Middle East
in November 2007 to provide insight about the emerging on-line fraud threats and
possible mitigating strategies.
